We do not collect payment card details through the website. Payment is handled in person at the property.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the enquiry form or sent directly to us is used to:

• Respond to your enquiry and confirm room availability
• Arrange your stay, including shuttle timing and room preparation
• Contact you if your flight details change and adjustments are needed
• Maintain records of bookings for operational and accounting purposes

We do not use your personal data for marketing to third parties and do not send unsolicited promotional emails.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following grounds:

• Contract performance — to fulfil a room booking or respond to an enquiry you initiated.
• Legitimate interests — to manage our operations, including flight monitoring and transfer coordination relevant to your stay.

5. Data Retention

Enquiry and booking records are retained for up to 36 months after your stay, after which they are securely deleted. Analytics data, if collected, is retained in anonymised form for up to 26 months. You may request earlier deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share limited information with:

• Transport providers — only the name and pickup time needed to arrange your shuttle transfer.
• Analytics services — anonymised data only, where you have consented to analytics cookies.

No personal data is transferred outside Thailand except where necessary for analytics services operated by international providers (such as Google Analytics), in which case appropriate data transfer safeguards apply.
